🔎 Top Community Priorities
Across all rankings, members clearly identified four dominant issues:
North Spreader Waterway Exit
Burnt Store Road Improvements
7 Islands Development
UEP3 (Utilities Extension Project)
Infrastructure, traffic access, responsible development, and neighborhood safety remain the strongest concerns.

Members would like future General Meetings to feature:
City leadership (City Manager & Mayor)

🎉 Social Feedback
Most members did not attend the last social, signaling an opportunity to grow engagement. Preferred event styles include:
Barbecue or picnic
Buffet-style gatherings
Cocktail mixers
Food truck events
What This Means for 2026:
NWNA will continue advocating for transportation improvements, development transparency, UEP updates, and beautification efforts — while planning more relaxed, community-centered social events.
