Lifetime Membership is limited to Residents or Property owners living within the Cape Coral city limits -- North of Pine Island Road and West of Santa Barbara Blvd.

Association Boundary Lines

  • Northern Boundary - Cape Coral City Limits

  • Eastern Boundary-Santa Barbara Boulevard

  • Western Boundary-The Mangrove Preserves

  • Southern Boundary-Pine Island Road (Within Cape Coral Limits)

If you reside or own property within these boundaries, you are eligible to become a member of the Northwest Cape Coral Neighborhood Association, Inc.

Lifetime Memberships are only $15.00 per family.

Our three (3) step process:

2.  Enter the amount to join or donate.  Enter your Credit Card information.

3. Complete the process by clicking the Submit button at the bottom of the screen.   You
will receive our "Thank You" email.
