Congratulations to Cape Coral’s Newly
Elected City Council!

The Northwest Cape Coral Neighborhood Association, Inc. (NWNA) extends its warmest congratulations to the winners of the November 3, 2026, Midterm Elections. We look forward to working collaboratively with our newly elected leaders to address the challenges and opportunities facing our growing city, particularly the priorities and concerns of Northwest Cape Coral residents.

We extend a special congratulations to Ms. Annette Warren on her victory in District 6. As a representative of a district that includes much of Northwest Cape Coral, Ms. Warren will play an important role in addressing issues that directly impact our neighborhoods, including responsible development, infrastructure improvements, utility costs, environmental protection, and government accountability.

We welcome the opportunity to work with Ms. Warren and the entire City Council to ensure Northwest Cape Coral residents' voices are heard and their interests represented.

NWNA extends our best wishes to Ms. Maureen Buice as she serves as Interim Cape Coral City Manager. We look forward to working with her to advance Northwest Cape priorities, including responsible development, infrastructure improvements, healthy waterways, and clear communication with residents.

Through open dialogue and constructive collaboration, we will continue to bring our members’ concerns to the table and work toward practical solutions that strengthen our neighborhoods.
