Our program will include an update on Gulf Gateway at 7 Islands provided by our Platinum Sponsor -Forest Development CEO, Peter Baytarian.    A floating barge (click link 20251001_091811.mp4)  sales office is planned to arrive on Island 1 in the spring of 2026.   The barge will feature a free-standing and air-conditioned, single-family “Fish House” model.  The Fish Houses will be constructed on the west side of Old Burnt Store Road.   This information, along with a review of the final site plan, will be included in a short program.

President Kevin Black will report on the UEP North 3 projected timeline.   Included in the email attachment is the roundabout design plans for Tropicana and Kismet Parkways at the Old Burnt Store Road intersections.   Tropicana Parkway Roundabout will flow into an expansion of multi-use paths and greenways along the side of the roadway.
The new street (2-way traffic) will be reconfigured and moved to the center lane, replacing the undeveloped median.  The city council voted 8-0 to approve this design plan, which originally appeared in the 2016 Vision Plan for Seven Islands and NW Cape. Kevin will also discuss Coral Grove Town Center on Pine Island Road and other projects impacting the Northwest.

Lee County Commissioner, Chairman- Kevin Ruane will provide a short review and timeline update on the construction of the Mid-Cape Bridge connecting Veterans Parkway in Cape Coral to Colonial Blvd in Ft. Myers.

Cape Coral Mayor John Gunter and Members of the Cape Coral City Council have registered for the event and will be available for introductions and meet and greet opportunities.

Event tickets will be made available until sell-out, or no later than November 10th, 2025.   The $55 ticket cost includes Open Bar, a large display Antipasto Station with meats, breads, cheeses, and hand-passed hot hors d’oeuvres all evening!     We look forward to sharing the evening and exciting developments

 Kind regards,
