It is the purpose of the Development Review Committee to review new land use and zoning requests and determine their potential effect on the Northwest Cape. The DRC also proposes and/or assists with new ordinances when it seems prudent to do so. The DRC works in partnership with Cape Coral City Officials to establish development standards that either maintain or increase property values and the quality of life in the Northwest Cape.
